Edwin completed his bachelor's in 2018 and his master's in Executive Healthcare Leadership and Management from the University of Texas at Dallas in December of 2020. He started managing medical practices in 2012. Over the last decade plus, he has been blessed to work with 16 providers and 75 support staff while being responsible for all business operations of multi-million-dollar budgets. He specializes in business strategy, information technology integration and support, as well as culture and personnel development. Between 2016–2019, he helped one practice experience a 300% growth in three years while maintaining high patient satisfaction and retention. He helped another practice double its operational revenue and quadruple its profitability between 2022-2024. He is passionate about helping providers improve and grow, so that more people can have access to better healthcare. 

With over 26 years of experience in healthcare administration, Meredith Whitlock brings a deep understanding of what medical practices need to operate efficiently and profitably. As a former Practice Manager, Billing Manager, and EHR Specialist, she has led practice transformations across areas like financial oversight, staffing, workflow optimization, EMR/EHR customization, and compliance. Now, Meredith partners with physicians to solve complex operational challenges—helping practices reduce overhead, increase revenue, and build smarter systems from the inside out.
